This 2.5-hour in-person or virtual leadership seminar targeted at a group of 10-30 high school athletes (ages 14-18). It emphasizes developing empowered leaders who lead by example through mental and physical toughness, self-discipline, and the ability to inspire and influence large teams (e.g., sports teams, school groups, or future professional settings). The content draws from sports analogies, real athlete stories, and interactive exercises to keep it engaging.
Teaching the same principles as our 2.5 hour course, our 2.5 day offering adds even deeper dives into topics, includes guest speakers, group projects, and extended activities.
