For athletic directors: the Captain's Practice
Your coach signed up for a free, 12-week leadership practice. Each Monday they get one email with a 15-minute session to run in the locker room. There's a short section the coach reads aloud, then a discussion in pairs or position groups.
What your athletes are asked to do. Talk with a teammate, write a few lines on a card they keep, and in week 12 get back the one sentence they wrote in week 1. That's all.
What we collect. The coach's name and email, their sport and roster size. Nothing about athletes. We never contact athletes and never sell anything to them.
What it costs. Nothing, now or later. It isn't a trial.
Who's behind it. Mitch Allen, a high school football coach in Cincinnati and former Wofford College quarterback, who leads people at a Fortune 500 company during the day.
